A scientist from Gensokyo who studies magic while depising those who use it, while also being capable of using it herself.
Pre-Character Development:
Rika arrived in Celadon with a cloak, her notebook, and a ton of assumptions. She looked down on those she was scientifically interested in, mainly magic users and pokemon. She didn't see pokemon as being any smarter than children, and she judged those capable of using magic harshly, thinking of them on a similar level to pokemon, solving problems with less talking, more firepower.
